Unfortunately I have been unable to take part in an introductory Group Session due to the demands of my full time job. Going forward this will continue to be the case where those (and other valuable) sessions are timetabled to take place during between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday; my priority has to be to my employer.
This of course concerns me. There are elements of this Unit, attendance of group sessions, especially the formal requirement in project 5, that presume a level of flexibility within a day that many full-time workers do not have. Personally I am worried that this conflict will hinder my ability to deliver on the course aims and achieve the outcomes I would like.
I would appreciate guidance on how to navigate this and if there are any alternate routes I can take such as working with collaborators outside of OCA.
